How it works
Step 1 – Share Your UAN & Documents
WhatsApp your UAN number and required documents to us before visiting. We will verify your KYC status and which claim form applies to your case.
Step 2 – KYC Verification Check
We check that your Aadhaar, PAN, and bank account are properly linked and verified on the EPFO member portal. If KYC is pending, we help complete it first.
Step 3 – File the Claim Online
We log in to the EPFO Unified Member Portal and file your claim (Form 19, 31, 13, 10C, or 10D) online. You will receive an SMS confirmation to your registered mobile.
Step 4 – Track & Confirm
We show you how to track your claim status on the EPFO portal. PF amounts are typically credited to your bank within 15–20 working days after approval.

Frequently Asked Questions – EPFO & PF Services
How do I know my UAN number?
Your UAN is mentioned on your salary slip, Form 16, or appointment letter from your employer. You can also find it by logging in to the EPFO Unified Member Portal (unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in) with your registered mobile number and OTP.
How long does PF withdrawal take?
After the claim is filed online, PF is usually credited to your bank account within 15–20 working days, provided your KYC is complete and verified. Some claims may be settled faster or slower depending on the employer and EPFO office.
What if my KYC is not updated on EPFO portal?
KYC (Aadhaar, PAN, bank account) must be linked and approved by your employer on the EPFO portal before a claim can be filed. We can help you update and complete KYC. Your employer must approve the Aadhaar and bank KYC online — we will guide you on how to request this.
Can I withdraw PF while still employed?
You can make a partial withdrawal (Form 31) while employed for specific purposes such as medical emergency, marriage, home purchase, or education. Full withdrawal (Form 19) is only allowed after leaving employment and waiting 2 months.
Service charges vary depending on the type of service (KYC update, claim filing, transfer, etc.). There are no EPFO portal fees for claim filing — our charge covers assistance and guidance for the process.
