What is a PAN card?
PAN is a 10-character number from the Income Tax Department. You need it for bank accounts, tax returns and big payments.
From 1 April 2026, the Income Tax Department uses new forms:
- Individual: Form 93 for a new PAN. Form PAN CR-01 for a correction.
- Company, firm, trust or other group: Form 94 for a new PAN. Form PAN CR-02 for a correction.

What to bring

For an individual (new PAN):
- Aadhaar card
- 2 passport size photos
- Age proof: driving licence, voter ID, SSLC book or passport
For PAN correction: the same documents and a copy of your PAN card.
For a trust, company, firm or other group, ask us on WhatsApp. We will tell you what to bring.
How to apply at our centre

Bring your Aadhaar, 2 photos and age proof. Bring your PAN copy for a correction.
We apply online
We fill in the form through our UTIITSL or Protean (NSDL) login.
Get your receipt
We give you the acknowledgement receipt.
Get your PAN
Your e-PAN comes by email. The PAN card comes by India Post.

How much is the fee and how long does it take?
The fee is ₹300, including our service charge. The e-PAN usually comes by email within 3 days. The card usually comes by post within 15 days.

Pukkattupady, Edathala P.O, Aluva, Ernakulam 683561. Open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM. Sunday closed.
