How it works
Step 1: Tell Us What You Need
Call us or WhatsApp to tell us whether you need new registration, a correction, a transfer, or a duplicate EPIC card.
Step 2: We Check Your Documents
Bring your original documents. We verify them and fill the correct form (Form 6, 7, 8 or 8A) for your request.
Step 3: Application Submitted
We submit your application on the NVSP / Voter Helpline portal. You receive an acknowledgement number for tracking.
Step 4: Track & Receive Your EPIC
Track your application online using the reference number. Your EPIC card is delivered by post to your address.

Voter ID FAQs
Who can apply for a new voter ID?
Any Indian citizen who is 18 years of age or older as of 1 January of the qualifying year, and is a resident of Pukkattupady / Edathala area, can apply for voter registration using Form 6.
How long does it take to get the EPIC card?
After successful verification by the Booth Level Officer (BLO), the physical EPIC card is usually delivered by post within 4–6 weeks. You can track the status online using your reference number.
Can I download my voter ID on my phone?
Yes. You can download the e-EPIC (digital voter ID) from the Voter Helpline app or voterportal.eci.gov.in. It is a valid ID proof. We can help you download and print it at CSC.
What if my name or address is wrong on my voter ID?
Apply for correction using Form 8. Bring your supporting document (Aadhaar, birth certificate, etc.) for the detail you want corrected. We submit the request and the update is done after BLO verification.
